Richard Mwebesa is a voice of inspiration and an award-winning author of "Out of the Crowd" and "Inspired by Forty". He is a life coach and poet, a certified business professional, Masters executive, and MBA holder and a seasoned marketing business development and sales professional. He is a strategic thinker, proactive, resilient, a systematic executioner and enjoys startegy, design and execution. He has worked with a number of people in developing competencies and growing them to bring their full potential.
