UGANDA - Frank Petersen from Denmark is the gentleman behind the professional moves of former MUBS She Corporate players Phionah Nabbumba and Vanessa Edith Karungi at Danish club Boldkubben af 1893.
He has 18 years of experience as a goalkeeper coach both in Denmark and Africa (Mozambique, Swazi-land, Nigeria ,Uganda), 15 years as a professional goal keeper in Danish clubs (FC Roskilde, HB Kø-ge, Næstved IF, Kastrup Boldklub, Ringsted IF) and has a lifelong passion for football that has provided him with a strong foundation for a full-time job as a goalkeeping coach.

Responsible for coaching the three best male goal keepers in the club, FC Taastrup is a semi-professional football club. Furthermore, I worked with the head coach to develop and enhance the defensive tactics.
2015 – 2017 Goalkeeping coach, FC Roskilde, Elite Youth team
Responsible for the boy’s elite team, aged 13 – 19, plus worked closely together with the goalkeeping coach for the 1st division team to ensure that there was a red thread from the youth teams to the professional team. A part of the job was to conduct thorough analysis of the goal keepers and the defensive execution of each game.
2014 – 2020: Goalkeeping coach, Estrela Vermela, AFTD Football Academy (Mozambique), RSSC (Swaziland), Kogi United (Nigeria)
He had the primary responsibility for developing an end-to-end goalkeeping program for various football clubs in Africa, e.g. training standards, tactics around offensive and defensive play, mental training for the goalkeepers, etc. The objective was to leverage experience from European thinking in tactics and discipline.
WORK EXPERIENCE
2015 – 2016: Co-founder and operating manager of Ungekonsulenten Ungekonsulenten is an organization focus at helping teenagers with socialization, education and job search etc.
2007 - 2015: Social worker and manager at ‘Ung & Aktiv Aps’
Ung & Aktiv Aps is an institution aimed at helping kids aged 13-19 with social challenges. His primary responsibility was to facilitate collaboration between the institutions in the local municipalities, the social workers and the kids enrolled in the various programs. I’m good at creating a trusting and positive environment, where people with special needs can find their inner strengths.
1994 - 2020: Prison guard at Kriminalforsorgen
Kriminalforsorgen is the institution who runs the Danish prisons. As a guard, I was used to dealing with tense situations where constructive issue resolution was critical.
