Plascon sponsors Uganda Cricket Association's Water Falls T20 League Men's Edition
UGANDA - Daniel Kayongo Brand Manager Plascon says as a sponsor, they have seen alot of growth and have a cordial working relationship with the Uganda Cricket Association (UCA).
"We are very happy to continue this journey with cricket in Uganda. Look at the National teams' performance which is very good and because of this, talent is being promoted." He made the remarks on the sidelines of the press launch of the tournament at Lugogo Oval ground. "We encourage all fans to turn up in huge numbers," he added.
Other partners include Role Telcom who were represented by Amanya Atuhaire Brand and Marketing Manager and BatBall represented by Martin Ondeko Cheif Operations Officer.
Uganda Cricket Association is hosting the Men's Edition of Water Falls Elite League T20(Water Falls T20) from January 26-29 at Lugogo Oval ground. The competition has 3 franchise to compete for the title with player participation from oversees confirmed for the event. The teams are; Sipi Trekkers, Itanda Kayakers and Bujjagali Rafters.
Players from Malawi include Sami Sohail, Blessings Pondani, and Donnex Kansonkho). Botswana has Karabo Motlhanka while Rwanda is also represented by Ignance Ntirenganya, Orchide Tuyisenge and Kevin Irakoze).
