Vision to transform Hoima into a Glorious City

HOIMA - In the heart of Uganda, a new leader has emerged, ready to shape the destiny of Hoima district. Uthman Mubarak Mugisha, at the young age of 26, has taken the oath as the LC5 chairperson, succeeding his late father, Kadir Kirungi. The seat became vacant tragically when Kadir Kirungi met his untimely demise in a fatal accident along the Hoima-Kampala road in March 2023.
