The visiting delegation was received by the Ambassador of Egypt to Uganda, H.E. Monzer Selim, alongside officials from the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) and Kitara FC.

The encounter is expected to attract significant interest from football supporters in Hoima and across the country, with Kitara looking to make the most of their home support in a match that will test their ability to compete against experienced continental opposition.
With the Egyptian delegation now in the country and travelling to Hoima, attention shifts to the final preparations ahead of Saturday’s showdown at Hoima City Stadium.

The match represents another important moment for Kitara FC as the club continues its journey in African football, while Al Ahly begin their Uganda assignment with the aim of securing a strong result in the CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
