The Secretary General of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), Rt. Hon. Richard Todwong, on behalf of the NRM National Chairman, H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, congratulates all Village Chairperson and Women Council flag bearers who have been elected to represent the Movement in the forthcoming grassroots elections.
