Salim Saleh Praised by Boxers for Support Rendered Ahead to Uganda vs Dubai Boxing Games

KAMPALA - The Uganda Professional Boxing Club has praised the good works for Gen. Salim Saleh as the first boxing games ever between Uganda and Dubai are set to occur at Lugogo MTN arena on Friday in kampala.

"Hopefully, let us see if it all goes well because we still predict for more fights in Uganda and this fight is going to be one of the greatest fights in Uganda having confirmed the presence of the Cuban team the fact that no Cuban in Uganda or in East Africa has ever performed therefore we present you the best Cuban boxers in Uganda today, " he added.
Nsubuga included, the Cuban has reached the airport and ready for pickup have as one of the LBC champion Cuban will be fighting tomorrow , the other is an Intercontinental Champion who will not fight but he is an escort to a friend.
He however urged all Ugandans to turn up in big number to support the boxing sports and as well witness what BigBang promotions has brought today because it is the new generation in the Ugandan boxing industry , Nsubuga explained.
"If you keep yourself as a brand in a business knowing that you are in business, then you have to manage it because you are the manager or the promoter therefore you are the boxer I encourage today to market yourself wherever you go, " Maj. Ndiwalana Herbert Secretary General Uganda Professional Boxing Club advised.
He explained that this fight today means a lot to Uganda because they have fighters as Ugandan boxers in Dubai, based in Dubai, and boxers locally here in Uganda. So it is now Uganda versus Uganda, in new way.
Government should find ways on how to inject in some funds to help the boxing professional boxers and a fund which can help them develop themselves taking an example of Gen Salim Saleh.
