Dr. Paul Mwambu was on December 28th 2024, appointed Prime Minister of the Inzu Ya Masaba by His Highness Umukuka III, Jude Mike Mudoma. As Prime Minister, he is entrusted with the critical responsibility of assisting His Royal Highness in overseeing cabinet affairs and the general administration of the institution's activities.

Born 3rd January 1969, Dr. Mwambu is a visionary leader with over three decades of experience in agricultural, environmental, and rural development sectors. His expertise spans policy formulation, strategic leadership, and regulatory oversight. He is currently serving as the Commissioner for Crop Inspection and Certification at the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries (MAAIF). Dr. Mwambu's achievements include spearheading national programs aimed at improving food security, poverty alleviation, and environmental sustainability through collaborative efforts with local governments, international organizations, and the private sector.
