“God of the 11th Hour”: Apostle Grace Lubega Hosts Andile Ramaphosa, First Son of South Africa at Phaneroo’s Power Packed 11th Anniversary

Phaneroo Ministries International, one of East Africa’s most influential Christian movements, celebrated its 11th anniversary in a grand celebration held on Saturday in Naguru, Kampala.
The event, led by its founder Apostle Grace Lubega, was marked by a powerful message, thousands in attendance, and the presence of prominent local and international figures.
Among the distinguished guests was Mr. Andile Ramaphosa, son of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, who attended the celebration alongside other high profile leaders. His attendance signified the growing regional and global influence of Phaneroo Ministries.
Also present was Hon. David Bahati, Uganda’s Minister of State for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, as well as members of Parliament, clergy from across denominations, and key figures in the business and cultural sectors.
Preaching from Matthew 20:1–16, Apostle Grace Lubega delivered a stirring message titled “The Mystery of the Eleventh Hour.” He unpacked the parable of the workers in the vineyard, emphasizing the unmerited favor of God that transcends effort, time, or human understanding.
“I could not earn Phaneroo by years,” Apostle Lubega declared. “What God is about to do for you does not match any of your efforts, your prayers, or your fasting. People will ask how you made it.”
The message resonated deeply with the multitudes gathered, many of whom responded with emotional worship and celebration. The atmosphere was charged with gratitude, inspiration, and prophetic expectation as Apostle Lubega prophesied a season of divine acceleration and uncommon favor.
Since its inception in August 2014, Phaneroo has grown exponentially, impacting millions through in-person fellowships, media broadcasts, discipleship programs, and regional outreaches. It has particularly distinguished itself among young professionals and students across Uganda and beyond.
The anniversary celebration also featured a showcase of testimonies, high energy praise and worship, multimedia presentations, and performances that reflected the transformative work of the ministry over the past decade.
With an eye on the future and a message that continues to challenge conventional religious norms, Phaneroo stands as a dynamic force shaping the spiritual landscape of Africa.
