The school management encouraged the candidates to approach their examinations with confidence, discipline and determination, reminding them that success is achieved through preparation, commitment and belief in one's abilities.

The UACE written examinations are scheduled to commence on Monday, November 9, 2026, with thousands of candidates across the country preparing to sit their final secondary school examinations.

Nationally, approximately 203,875 candidates have registered for the 2026 UACE examinations, making the period an important milestone for learners, parents, teachers and education institutions.

Candidates gather for special UACE Dua

Following the briefing, Lowell Girls’ School held a special UACE Candidates’ Dua, bringing together students and staff in a moment of prayer, reflection and spiritual encouragement ahead of the examinations.

The Principal Director, Hajjat Aisha Lubega, also attended the spiritual gathering, underscoring the institution's commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also the spiritual and moral development of its students.

The Dua offered candidates an opportunity to seek Allah's guidance, wisdom, confidence, good health and success as they prepare to undertake their examinations.

Through the gathering, the school reinforced the importance of combining academic preparation with faith, discipline and a positive attitude towards life's challenges.

The participation of the school's top leadership in both the official briefing and the Dua demonstrated the importance attached to the candidates' academic and personal development.

A learning environment built on individual potential

Lowell Girls’ School maintains a philosophy that recognises the equality of all individuals while appreciating that learners have different abilities, strengths and levels of potential.

The institution believes that every student should be encouraged to achieve her best in an environment characterised by enthusiasm, enjoyment and security rather than severe academic pressure and unnecessary stress.

This approach places emphasis on creating a supportive learning atmosphere in which students can develop confidence, discover their abilities and pursue academic success at their individual pace.

As the UACE candidates prepare to enter the examination rooms, the school remains focused on providing the encouragement and support necessary for them to translate their years of learning, sacrifice and hard work into good results.

With the official briefing completed and the special Dua held, Lowell Girls’ School has sent its candidates into the final examination period with renewed confidence, spiritual encouragement and the backing of their teachers and school leadership.

The School has wished all its candidates the very best, expressing confidence in their ability to perform well and make themselves, their parents and the school proud.

At Lowell Girls’ School, the message to the candidates is clear: believe in your abilities, remain disciplined, trust in Allah and give your very best. Success is yours!
