FROM PIONEERING TO MATURITY: PHANEROO MINISTRIES MARKS 12 YEARS WITH A PROPHETIC DECLARATION OF TRANSFORMATION

Apostle Grace Lubega told thousands of worshippers gathered globally on Saturday that the number 12 is far from neutral in scripture, and that Phaneroo Ministries International is entering a season of institutional maturity and transformation that its first decade of existence was only preparing it for.

FROM PIONEERING TO MATURITY: PHANEROO MINISTRIES MARKS 12 YEARS WITH A PROPHETIC DECLARATION OF TRANSFORMATION

Phaneroo Ministries International has marked 12 years of existence with celebrations held simultaneously across its global congregation, as vision bearer Apostle Grace Lubega used the milestone to deliver what he described as a defining prophetic message about the season the ministry is now entering.

Speaking, Saturday,  to thousands of worshippers gathered for the anniversary celebrations, both physical and online,  Apostle Lubega drew from the books of Revelation 21:12, 1 Kings 4:7 and Matthew 10:1 to anchor a message built around a single, striking declaration, the number 12 is not a neutral number, and Phaneroo's arrival at this milestone signals not a celebration of where it has been, but a transformation of what it is becoming.

"When the ministry makes 12 years, there is a significant transformation of that ministry," he said. "The ministry is transitioning from its foundation."

He acknowledged that the pioneering years of building Phaneroo had been marked by difficulty, drawing from John 12:28-29 to illustrate that the voice of God in the process of building something significant is not always immediately recognised or understood by those present. "Sometimes we miss God because we miss the things in which He appears," he said.

For a ministry that has grown from its Kampala roots into a movement with a global footprint, Apostle Lubega said the transition from a pioneering phase into institutional maturity is both inevitable and necessary.

He said that when a ministry reaches 12 years, it must reflect a measurable level of institutional maturity, one that matches the scale of its influence and the weight of its responsibility to its congregation and the wider world.

In one of the more striking moments of the address, Apostle Lubega touched on the disruption of artificial intelligence, noting that AI's capacity to displace jobs was not a surprise to God but a revelation already contained within divine understanding. "Who knew that AI would take away jobs? But it was a revelation," he said, using the observation to reinforce his broader theological argument about the nature of a God who communicates dynamically and multi-dimensionally with humanity.

"God is dynamic in His instruction to men. He is not one-dimensional. The glory to capture every instruction of God is in the revelation of His person. When you have an understanding of His person, you will not miss Him in the things in which He appears to you," he said.

The message framed Phaneroo's 12th anniversary not as a moment of retrospection but as a prophetic threshold, a point at which the ministry steps into a new chapter defined by deeper revelation, stronger institutional structures and a maturity that its founders and early congregation spent 12 years building toward.

Phaneroo Ministries International, founded by Apostle Grace Lubega, has grown into one of Uganda's most recognised charismatic ministries, drawing a large and growing congregation across Uganda and internationally through its weekly gatherings, digital platforms and global outreach programmes.
