Biggie Events Uganda Partners with IRAJI Foundation for Grand Quran Competition, Success Motors to Reward Winners with Brand-New Vehicles
Biggie Events Uganda, in partnership with IRAJI Foundation, is set to host a prestigious Quran competition on February 23 at Serena Hotel. Winners will walk away with two brand-new vehicles, courtesy of Success Motors Uganda.
Speaking at a press conference at Success Motors’ offices in Kyambogo, Biggie Events CEO Miriam Mutakubwa reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting religious and educational programs.
"At Biggie Events, we believe in uplifting young talent and promoting faith-based initiatives. This competition is an opportunity to nurture young people in their religious journey," she said.
She also assured the public of a well-organized event and pledged continued support for similar initiatives.
Success Motors Manager Isaac Barunda highlighted that their sponsorship is part of their corporate social responsibility. He called on the government to offer tax holidays to investors and raised concerns over the high costs of new digital number plates, despite their security benefits.
The competition will feature students from Muslim schools who have demonstrated strong commitment to religious studies.
It has attracted major sponsors, including Royal Milk, MTN Uganda, and the Office of the National Chairperson under Hajati Hadijah Namyalo.
