Faith Of Unity Celebrates 45 Years Of Healing And Spiritual Growth As Founder Owobusobozi Bisaka Urges Support For NRM Government

Believers and non-believers of the Faith of Unity, led by Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, have gathered in Muhororo Sub-county, Kagadi District, to celebrate 45 years of healing and spiritual growth.
Bisaka began performing miracles on February 22, 1980 when he healed a woman known as Mutooro, who had suffered from a deadly illness for 10 years.
The celebrations which took place on 22, February, 2025 commenced with a holy march from Kampyemi Healing City, the Faith’s headquarters, to the Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka International Stadium in Muhororo Town Council.
During his address, Owobusobozi Bisaka called upon his followers to support President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and the government by actively participating in development programs such as the Parish Development Model (PDM), four acre model and Emyooga as one of the ways to improve their livelihoods.
He expressed his gratitude to President Museveni and his government, acknowledging their support, which has allowed the Faith of Unity to thrive.
Furthermore, Bisaka praised the government's recognition of the Faith's role in promoting peace and unity in Uganda and the president’s endorsement of its mission to heal people both spiritually and physically.
At the event, Owobusobozi Bisaka welcomed over 75 new converts from other religions into the Faith of Unity. He encouraged them to uphold law and order while embracing government programs to improve their livelihoods.
Local leaders from Kagadi District, including the area Woman Member of Parliament, Jenifer Mbabazi, expressed their gratitude to Owobusobozi Bisaka for his continued blessings and support for the government.
They also urged the people to continue supporting President Museveni and other NRM leaders. Leaders like East African Member of Parliament Denis Namala and Mwenge North MP David Muhumuza also commended Bisaka for his blessings, which they credited for their electoral successes.
Owobusobozi Bisaka is scheduled to visit Arua in April, where he is expected to mobilize support for NRM and President Museveni.
