Apostle Lubega Closes My Great Price With a Message on the Power of a Woman
Phaneroo Ministries International has staged its signature ladies conference, My Great Price, bringing together thousands of women in what has grown over the years into one of the ministry's most anticipated annual gatherings and a defining feature of its spiritual calendar.
The conference, held Saturday, drew a lineup of powerful voices whose messages cut to the heart of calling, consecration, and the spiritual authority of women.
Pastor Mosdester Omoding opened the preaching ministry with a message on sufficiency and divine qualification, urging the women not to delay their God-given assignments on account of personal imperfections. "Do not postpone your assignment because you see certain imperfections in yourself. Let go of everything that is holding you back. Say Yes to God and allow Him to perfect everything that concerns you," she charged.
Lady Bishop Kathy Kiuna followed with a sobering charge, reminding the congregation that divine calling is never casual. "God does not entrust assignments to people casually. Every genuine calling comes wrapped in pain, process, and pressing," she said.
She urged the women to understand that public crowning by heaven is always preceded by private dealings with God, a season of consecration that enlarges one's capacity to carry the weight of purpose.
Apostle Grace Lubega, the vision bearer of Phaneroo, closed the conference with a sermon titled The Risper Minded, drawing from 2 Samuel 21:10-14.
He preached on the biblical account of Rizpah, a woman who stood guard over the bones of her seven sons on a mountain for six months, shielding them from vultures until the rains came. It was not sacrifice alone that moved God, Apostle Lubega taught, but the resolute posture of one woman connected to a higher frequency.
David, moved by her devotion, subsequently retrieved the bones of Saul and Jonathan and gave them a proper burial in the land of Benjamin. A woman, the Apostle declared, saved a nation because she refused to abandon her post. He further anchored the message in Numbers 35:33 and Deuteronomy 21:22-23.
My Great Price continues to cement its place as a landmark moment in Uganda's Christian calendar.
